Non-profit organization we serve as an advocate for all Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) and students; working for a healthier and more diverse climate. Statistics show that minorities are represented in the field of Dental Hygiene at less than 6% and men represented at less than 1%.
Our mission is to shift the mindset about who can work in the dental hygiene field, remove cultural and economic barriers to joining the dental hygiene workforce and establish and promote pathways to dental careers.
We assist dental hygiene students by mentoring and providing financial support outside of tuition costs; covering clinical supplies, equipment, board review for students and board fees. Encouraging students during school, through graduation and while entering the dental hygiene workforce is our goal.
Our goal is to provide a community for dental hygienists and students. We believe that making a difference starts with support. For more information on the latest events subscribe below
